The Perm Youth Student Union (PYSU) «Ural-service» has been existed since 1971. Nowadays it represents an autonomous noncommercial organization (ANO). The director is the head of administration, there are department of purposeful programs, passenger department, financial and regular services.
The first structural element in seasonal work is the linear student detachment (LSD). Administration directs the activity of all student detachments. Each LSD is headed by the commander (vice-commander). The department of purposeful programs co-ordinates detachments activity in voluntary and amusing projects.
The purposeful activity is financed by the internal means of organization (the administration of Perm region helps with some projects).
The PYSU «Ural-service» has realized outsourcing in the Sverdlovskaya railway since 1998. The organization employs different categories of citizen at the age of 18 for this work. Thousands of people have took part in «Ural-service» for 35 years.
The PYSU «Ural-service» is repeatedly rewarded by diplomas, gratifying letters from Perm and Perm region Administration, the Sverdlovskaya railway. The members of the organization have governmental rewards.
